Our Public File is available for viewing during regular business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (including lunch hour). 2. No prior appointment is necessary to view the public file. We do ask, however, that you fill out a form with your name and local address prior to viewing the file available at the EASTERN UTAH BROADCASTING COMPANY offices. 3. Because the file contains a number of sections, one of our staff members will assist you in removing the items you wish to view from the file. Only one section at a time will be allowed to be removed from the Public File. 4. Photocopies of all material in the Public File are available to you. Our photocopy policy: Each page (single sided) costs 25 cents. Photocopies requested will be available for pick-up within 5 business days, or we will mail them to you. Payment for copies must be made at the time of pickup or prior to mailing. 5. A copy of the publication "The Public and Broadcasting" is available to you to guide you in your examination of the Public File.
